Eiben Hall is the home of communications, interior design and art departments. This past summer Eiben Hall received a makeover thanks to a $2 million Title 3 grant from the U.S. Department of Education. According to Dan Gilmore, Vice President of Finance and Facilities, this grant was used to make improvements to Eiben, focusing on the communications department.
An office once full of vibrant colors, stuffed with Hello Kitty, and adorned with proud Purdue flags is now filled with boxes ready to be sent to Texas. Amy Loyd, the former director of the Office of Student Activities and Leadership is bidding Chaminade adieu.
On June 7, 2010 Chaminade transitioned to a new private security provider, Securitas. This change brings both new faces and new methods for providing safety to students, faculty and staff on and off campus.
As the semester comes to an end, and everyone is cramming for finals, I would like to provide you folks the last five books of the Book Primer.
